About Us

Welcome to Menopause Social Club — a small husband-and-wife-run business creating funny, stylish and useful products for women going through menopause, perimenopause and everything in between.

We are based in the UK, and between us we have worked in the NHS for over 60 years combined. That background has given us a very real-world view of long days, hot flashes, stress, laughter, resilience and the importance of finding humor in the middle of chaos.

We started Menopause Social Club because menopause deserves to be talked about more openly — and with a lot more humor. Our designs are made for women who want to feel seen, supported and able to laugh at the madness of hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, sleepless nights and hormonal surprises.

Our Designs

Every design begins with an idea — usually something funny, relatable or just a bit too true. We use AI as one part of our creative process, then carefully work on, adjust and refine each design using graphic design tools before it reaches the shop.

We spend time refining the colors, layout, wording and overall look so each design feels right. Our aim is to create products that look good, feel fun to own or wear, and make people smile.

UK Roots, Made for the US

Although Menopause Social Club is based in the UK, the United States is our main market. For our US orders, we use US-based manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products, so they can be made closer to the customers they are being sent to.

Made for Real Life

Our range includes T-shirts, mugs, tote bags and other products designed for everyday life — whether you are relaxing at home, meeting friends, heading out for coffee, or simply surviving another hot flash with style.

Menopause is not always easy, but a little humor, self-expression and solidarity can help.
