SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges

We offer free standard shipping when your order reaches the following value:

• United Kingdom: £75 or more
• United States: $75 or more

• Canada: C$100 or more
• European Union: €75 or more

Orders below these amounts will be charged the standard shipping rate displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Most of our products are made to order. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 4–8 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods or public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur because of the carrier, customs, severe weather or the fulfilment location.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed after the order has been dispatched.

Separate packages

Products from the same order may be made by different fulfilment partners. This means that items can occasionally be dispatched and delivered in separate packages.

Customs duties and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production has started.
